Coach. Nutritionist. Ex-CrossFit athlete. Mum. Professional carb defender.
I help women get strong, eat like a normal person and finally see the work they’re putting in.
*Also part hype girl, part black sheep, part foodie and part adventurer.

I’ve worked with over 5,000 women. Every one of them was powerful, worthy and beautiful exactly as they were. But they also had goals. And they were sick of being told those goals were “diet culture”. That wanting to get leaner, feel sexy and feel proud of their body wasn’t allowed.
Well… I call bullshit.
What I’m all about
Proper training, proper cardio and enough food to fuel both. You should never be made to choose between being strong and being fit.
No food rules, no Monday restarts, no fear of carbs. Structure that fits your actual life.
No euphemisms, no watered-down advice, no chasing trends. What works, why it works and what to do next.
“I’m not for everyone. But if this hits? You’ve found your coach.”
The million dollar question

I was born into a religious cult called The Family International (previously called The Children of God). For 22 years, that was my whole world: the rules, the control, the silence.
As messed up as it was, it also gave me skills. I came out of it scrappy, resilient and an advocate for women getting strong and backing themselves, in life, in food, in training, in everything.

I competed in CrossFit at a high level, coached for years, then walked away from the template fitness world to build my own method from scratch.
For a long time, I tried to play nice in the health space. I watered things down, spoke in euphemisms and tried not to trigger anyone. Eventually, I said screw that. Every part of that story shaped the coach I am today.
What I bring to the table
I help high-achieving, driven women:
